Rene Honeycutt is a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) in our Colorado Springs office, delivering knowledgeable, compassionate support to Family Law clients who want clarity and results. Known for her calm, organized approach, Rene helps clients feel understood and confident from the first conversation to the final court order. She keeps the process on track—handling filings, disclosures, deadlines, and court requirements—so clients and attorneys can focus on achieving the best possible outcome.
Raised in Monte Vista in Colorado’s San Luis Valley, Rene discovered her calling early after shadowing a Deputy District Attorney in high school. She believes every client deserves empathy, transparency, and plain spoken guidance through life’s most stressful chapters. Her passion is helping families navigate change with confidence and build a stable future beyond the decree.
Rene is proud to be part of Colorado’s inaugural class of Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals, sworn in by the Colorado Supreme Court in 2024. She is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Family Law and LLP Sections, the El Paso County Bar Association, and RMPA. Known for her integrity and dedication, Rene strengthens every case she touches with her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care.
Outside the office, she enjoys true crime shows, good books, hiking, spending time with her dogs, and making memories with her grandchildren.
